Shipping policy
Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery time is an estimate and will commence from the date your order is shipped rather than the date your order was placed and can take longer than expected due to the high volume of orders, invalid addresses, postal service problems, custom clearance procedures or other causes outside of our control.
We currently offer shipping services using Canada Post. If this does not satisfy your requirement and you would like to use another method, please contact us at queries@carlbergsgiftshop.com.
Shipping within Canada
We currently offer two shipping options within Canada: Canada Post Regular Parcel and Xpress Post. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may be unable to ship to remote areas that do not offer Canada Post Service. Certain remote areas within Canada have limited delivery service, resulting in a high shipping cost. We apologize in advance for any delays or inconvenience this may cause.
Shipping Method:
Regular Parcel Estimated Arrival: 4-9 business days from date of shipment.
Xpress post Estimated Arrival: 3-4 business days from date of shipment.
Store Pick up:
FREE with any purchase amount. Your proof of purchase will be required when picking up your order. We will text or email when the items are ready for pick up.
International Shipping:

Shipping Method: Canada Post Tracked Packet USA or Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA.

Estimated Arrival Time: 4-12 business days from date of shipment.
Any duties or taxes levied on packages from outside the United States are determined by U.S. Customs and Immigration and will have to be borne by the recipient.

Estimated Arrival Time: 1-3 months (business days) from the date of shipment.
Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country are determined by local Customs and Immigration agencies and will have to be borne by the recipient.
As soon as we receive your order, and once the payment is approved, we will ship the order. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you can cancel an order once played with us. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at orders@carlbergsgiftshop.com, and we will advise you of your order status.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated arrival time for your location after receiving your shipping confirmation email and tracking number, please contact us at orders@carlbergsgiftshop.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate.
